HUB Clivio business district in Rome, is conceived as a flexible, innovative, sustainable and attractive workplace.
A hybrid architecture which hosts office spaces and more flexible facilities.
A multilevel building, nestled in the nature of the outskirts yet open to the city, inviting its citizens to enter and share connections, events, experiences - in response to the new social dynamics we’ve been facing.
The building consists of three levels, providing different permeable and fluid spaces : at the ground floor open areas, at the first floor offices and coworking, and then the rooftop
